    Why on earth would people be trying to turn windscreen wipers off, I didn’t even read the answer because of the stupidity of it, if someone has to google how to turn wipers of the should not have gotten their license in the first place, and not too mention in the head light article about brightness of head lamps, most often people may acquire second hand vehicle and it has dull headlights its needing new bulbs, a simple headlight adjustment is all it requires..

    It might be helpful when posting lumen ratings like, ” In most cases, vehicle headlamps’ standard and acceptable brightness should range from 2,000 to 4,000 lumens.” You say if this is 2,000 to 4,000 lumens total, which would be 1000 to 2000 lumens per light, or if you mean 2000 to 4000 lumens for each bulb, totaling 4000 to 8000 lumens. I’m not sure what you are meaning with how you have the ratings posted in article. As it could mean either of these.
