					<description><![CDATA[Why on earth would people be trying to turn windscreen wipers off, I didn&#039;t even read the answer because of the stupidity of it, if someone has to google how to turn wipers of the should not have gotten their license in the first place, and not too mention in the head light article about brightness of head lamps, most often people may acquire second hand vehicle and it has dull headlights  its needing new bulbs, a simple headlight adjustment is all it requires..]]></description>
